ALBANY - Albany FFA Donkey Basketball will be start at 7 p.m. tonight at the Albany High School, Albany.
Doors for the gym will open at 6:30 p.m. All local players will be riding live donkeys.
The show is sponsored by the Albany FFA Chapter and all of the proceeds will be for the benefit of the Albany FFA Chapter scholarship fund. Tickets are $7 in advance and $9 at the door. The games will feature Albany FFA vs. Evansville FFA and then the Juda FFA vs. Monroe FFA, with the champions taking the court in the third game.
During the half-time, parents can bring down their children for a free donkey ride. The Albany FFA Alumni will be running a food stand prior to the event and during the event with BBQ and hot dogs available. Money raised by the alumni will be used for future FFA Alumni Scholarships at Albany High School.
