MONROE - The Monroe Public Library and the Green County Genealogical Society are co-sponsoring a Genealogy Work Night from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Friday, May 16. The doors will be locked at 6:45 p.m., as the event is being held outside of the library's normal hours.
Held bi-annually, the event brings genealogists together for uninterrupted research and use of equipment, evening access to the Green County Genealogical Society's collection and exchange of research advice and tips.
