Russ and Sue Torkelson of Monticello announce the engagement of their daughter Chantel Marie Torkelson to Matthew Jacob Dunwiddie, son of Steve and Karen Dunwiddie of Juda. Torkelson is the granddaughter of Valerie and the late Bertrum Torkelson, and the late Sylvan and late Peggy Bidlingmaier. Dunwiddie is the grandson of Elizabeth "Betty" and the late Rodger Dunwiddie and Harvey and Louise Bauman.
