David and Connie Thorson, Argyle, along with David and Cynthia Jackson, Browntown, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their children, Stephanie Thorson and Shaun Jackson.
The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Black Hawk High School. She received a doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in May of 2008. She is currently working as a physical therapist at Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County in Darlington.
The future groom is a 2001 graduate of Black Hawk High School. He graduated from an electrical apprenticeship program through Blackhawk Technical College in June 2007. He is employed as an electrician at Precision Drive and Control in Monroe.
A September 13th wedding is planned at the Wiota Lutheran Church with a reception and dance to follow in Belmont.
