Randy and Kim Pluss, Monroe, and Dan Dunwiddie, Monticello, along with Dr. and Mrs. Graham Burcham, Franklin, Tenn., announce the engagement of their children, Justin Daniel Dunwiddie and Alicia Louise Burcham.

The couple will reside in Tenn., where Alicia will focus on building her non-profit organization for special needs children called "Kindred Spirits" and Justin will continue his career as an insurance agent with Bankers Life and Casualty Co.

A September 27, 2008 outdoor wedding is planned in Tenn.
