Alan and Yvonne DeVoe, Monroe, announce the engagement of their daughter, Samantha DeVoe, to Cole Reighard, son of Pie and Carol Reighard, Richland, Iowa. The bride-to-be is a 2015 graduate of Monticello High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from Iowa State University. She is currently employed by PIC as a Supply Chain Account Manager. The future groom also received his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University in Agricultural Systems Technology. He has beef cattle and crop farms. Their wedding will be in late summer.
