Alan and Yvonne DeVoe, Monroe, announce the engagement of their daughter, Samantha DeVoe, to Cole Reighard, son of Pie and Carol Reighard, Richland, Iowa. The bride-to-be is a 2015 graduate of Monticello High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from Iowa State University. She is currently employed by PIC as a Supply Chain Account Manager.
