Eagle Nature Foundation annual meeting, fundraiser is March 27

APPLE RIVER - The Eagle Nature Foundation's annual meeting and fundraising luncheon will be held March 27 in the Clar Cor Pavilion of the Klehm Arboretum and Botanical Garden in Rockford, Ill. Featured speaker for the evening is Terrence Ingram, editor/publisher of the "Small Beekeepers Journal." A silent auction will start at 11 a.m.; luncheon served at 11:30 a.m.; and 12:30 p.m. is the fundraising auction. The ENF annual business meeting will commence at 1 p.m. After the business meeting, Ingram will present a 40-minute power point presentation on "Honeybees - Nature's Wonder." After the program ENF's board of directors will hold their annual meeting.

Luncheon tickets are $25 per ENF member or $40 per non-member. Tickets must be purchased prior to March 22 from the Eagle Nature Foundation's office at 300 E. Hickory St., Apple River, or by calling (815) 594-2306.
