Driftless Area Artists' work on display through May

Art by the Driftless Area Artists is on display in the New Glarus Public Library throughout May. The library will hold an artist meet-and-greet with refreshments from 5 to 7 p.m. May 25 in the New Glarus Village Hall community room, with art for sale. NEW GLARUS - The New Glarus Public Library is featuring art by the local Driftless Area Artists in its display case through the end of May.

The public can view the exhibit of various mediums, including felted pieces, pottery, mosaic work and paintings, during open library hours.

The library will host an artist meet-and-greet from 5 to 7 p.m. May 25 in the New Glarus Village Hall community room. Mingle with the artists, enjoy refreshments and browse and purchase original artwork. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Friends of the Library.
