NEW GLARUS - The Driftless Area Artists will hold their annual meeting at 6 p.m. Sept. 16 in the New Glarus Village Hall community room, 319 2nd St.
Attendees are asked to bring a dish to share for a potluck meal and a white elephant gift to exchange. Beverages will be provided. If interested in attending, email Patrick McGowan at patrick@mcgowanarchitecture.com or call 608-235-2751.
Following the meal and activities, the business meeting will be conducted, including an election of new board members and officers and a review of and possible changes to the bylaws.
The DAA is an active group of people who are committed to nurturing the artistic growth and development of artists and increase awareness of local art in the driftless region of southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
All meetings of the DAA are open to all current members and to anyone interested in the arts.
