MONROE - Monroe Parks and Recreation, along with First National Bank and Trust Company, will be sponsoring "Down on the Farm" from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 23 as a special event day at the Monroe swimming pool.

There will be a petting zoo, hayrides, horse and pony rides. There will be games and prizes on the pool deck along with food.
