MADISON - State Representative Steve Hilgenberg (D-Dodgeville) toured construction sites of future dental clinics in Dodgeville and Darlington, which will serve children and adults who need it most.

Community Action Program (SWCAP) director Walter Orzechowski, who oversees these projects and guided the tour.

The clinics are scheduled to be completed this summer. Both clinics will have services during the day but set hours have not yet been established.

The Community Connections Free Clinic will also use the Dodgeville site to provide its services Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

"All people deserve healthy lives. Regular dental care is a fundamental building block for healthy kids and the information individuals receive from more regular dental care is invaluable," Orzechowski explained.

"Prior to these clinics, people on medical assistance had nowhere to turn; now they will get the care they need."
