Kelly Thorngate, Monroe High School Class of 2004, recently received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her masters degree in International Public Policy from the UW LaFollette School for Public Policy. She will be sworn in as a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association on Thursday, June 7. Thorngate is the daughter of Dr. Russell Thorngate, Wausau, and Lynne Blinkenberg, Orfordville.
