MILWAUKEE - Elizabeth Jessie Werren, a 2011 graduate of Black Hawk High School in South Wayne, was among 3,000 prospective candidates for degrees attending the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee commencement exercises May 22 in Milwaukee.

Werren graduated from the School of Education with a Bachelor of Science.
