DARLINGTON - Darlington High School will host a Veterans Day Salute beginning at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 11, in the high school gymnasium. Emcee is Dan O'Brien, Commander, American Legion Post #214 and Todd Richmond, DHS music director. The concert band, concert choir and treble choir will be featured.

Speakers include Carol Johnson, pastor of Grace Lutheran Church; David Breunig, mayor of Darlington; and David Gough, Wisconsin representative to the American Legion National Executive Committee.

The firing squad will play taps and the color guard will retire the colors.

Community members and guests are invited to stay for lunch in the music room after the program.
