DARLINGTON - Lafayette County Coordinated Services Team (CST) is a voluntary process that connects families, community and providers who work together as a team. A team, chosen by the family, is composed of anyone who is important in the life of the child and family. The team meets regularly and consistently. CST focuses on building strengths and putting the power back in the hands of the family.

Lafayette County families who have a family member with multiple needs and are having difficulties finding ways of meeting those needs are welcome to apply. The whole family receives help, with aid from individuals who care and are invested in the family's well being.
