DARLINGTON - The Lafayette County Land Conservation Department announces the cost sharing sign-up for 2008. The sign-up will end on Feb. 22. Manure storage structures may be cost shared at 70 percent with a $50,000 limit.
Contour Strips will be cost shared at $15 per acre, and pasture renovation may be available at $25 per acre (limit 30 acres). Federal/municipal partnering is available at 10 percent (limit $500) and includes dry hydrants.
