MONROE - The Col. Benjamin Harrison Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5 in the second-floor meeting room at the Monroe Public Library.

The program will be presented by Georgia Ditzenberger, Mount Horeb. She will be speaking on "Teaching Neonatal Resuscitation Techniques" in Uganda. Refreshments will be served.

The meeting is open to the public.
