MONROE - The Benjamin Harrison Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) begin the 2010 fall season at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, at the Green County Historical Society, 1617 9th St.
The group will be viewing memorabilia of Boy Scouting's 100th anniversary, which is on display at the museum weekends through Cheese Days. Ron Spielman will provide a presentation on the history of scouting in this area.
Following this gathering, the group will move on to Chocolate Temptations on the east side of the Square for refreshments.
