MONROE — Colonel Benjamin Harrison Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution have announced the winner of the 2020 Good Citizen contest from its chapter, Sarah Jean Blumer. 

Blumer is from Monticello High School and is now attending Oklahoma State University. Due to COVID-19, not all students could gather for a photo. Other students who entered the contest were Valerie Carr, Pecatonica High School; Blair Berget, Brodhead High School; Deedra Delforge, New Glarus High School; Sophia Sander, Cuba City High School; ZacHary Woodworth, Shullsburg High School; Ivy Ann Horn, Albany High School; Kristen Knapp, Black Hawk High School; Kelli Polnow, Monroe High School; and Taylor Golackson, Juda High School.
