Dairy Youth Auction to offer scholarships
Scholarship

MONROE — The Green County Dairy Youth Recognition Auction Committee will present scholarships to qualifying youth who are an active member of 4-H or FFA in the dairy project in Green County.

These scholarships will be awarded on the basis of information provided by the applicant. Applicants are not required to have previously participated in the Dairy Youth Auction to qualify for this scholarship.

In order to apply for the scholarship, the applicant must be a senior of a Green County area High School or a Green County resident continuing their education after high school. The scholarships will be awarded after the student has successfully completed one semester of study and has sent the scholarship committee proof of re-enrollment for the next semester.

Requirements include completing an application, giving a brief explanation of their need for this scholarship and the significance of its benefits to your future plans, including personal goals and objectives.

Scholarships have been awarded to qualifying Dairy Project members for over 15 years to further pursue their education. Applications are due by April 30 and scholarship recipients will be announced in May.
