Valerie Curran and Chris Coplien announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The future bride is the daughter of Bob and Vickie Curran, Winslow. She is a 2009 graduate of Warren High School and a 2011 graduate of Highland Community College. The bride-to-be is currently working toward her bachelor's degree in accounting at Upper Iowa University. She is employed at Reffue, Pas, Jacobson, Knox and Koster, LLP, Monroe.
The future groom is the son of Mark and Jenni Coplien, Monroe. The groom-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Monroe High School and a 2011 graduate of Highland Community College with a degree in accounting. He is employed at Coplien Painting and the Monroe Fire Department, both of Monroe.
The couple will be married on Oct. 13, 2012 at St. Victor's Church. A reception will follow the ceremony at Turner Hall, Monroe. Friends and family of the future bride and groom are invited to join the celebration.
