Baked potato and taco dinner and silent auction, hosted by Boy Scout Troop 101, 5 to 7 p.m., Monroe Moose Lodge. Cost: $6 adults and $3 for children 10 and under. Open to the public.

Informational meeting on the Market on the Square 2013 season, First National Bank community room, 1625 10th St., Monroe. Potluck dinner at 6 p.m., meeting at 7 p.m.
