MONROE — The Colony Brands Associate Donation Program was started nine years ago to involve Colony Brands team members in giving back to our local communities, a long-time core value at the company.

Since 2011 the program has donated over $1.3 million, with just over $144,000 donated corporate-wide in 2019. The program is funded above and beyond other corporate giving.

John Baumann, Colony Brands CEO, said that this program is very well-received among employees. “This is a chance for the company and our employees to support organizations that are meaningful to them and say thank you for all the work they do in our communities,” he said.

“We’re fortunate as a company to have such dedicated employees helping to keep us on a successful path and being able to offer programs such as this,” added Bob Erb, President of Colony Brands.

Eligible employees are granted a dollar amount for each year of their service that they can then designate to various local non-profit organizations.
