AMES, Iowa — Rachel Saalsaa, an Iowa State University event management major from Argyle, participated in the College of Human Sciences 2019 Entrepreneurship Showcase, May 3 in LeBaron Hall.

Saalsaa’s consulting group focused on enhancing Vicky’s Dance Academy’s brand and financial performance. The College of Human Sciences Entrepreneurship Showcase gives students the opportunity to promote business proposals, idea pitches, and project recommendations to a panel of judges to receive feedback and awards.

UW-Whitewater

WHITEWATER — Hayden Fox, a native of Stockton, Illinois, and graduate of Stockton High School, is a member of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater baseball team, which clinched its third straight Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference regular season championship and its sixth in the last seven years last week and will host the WIAC Championship tournament starting this Friday.

Fox, a freshman at UW-Whitewater, is majoring in business.
