UW-Parkside

KENOSHA - Three University of Wisconsin-Parkside students from the area earned dean's or provost's list honors for the fall 2017 semester from Green County. Dean's list honors are awarded to students achieving a GPA of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale. Provost's list honorees have achieved a GPA of 3.8 or above.

Dean's list: Benjamin Thomas Becker of Monroe and Garrison Allen Woods of Belleville.

Dean's and provost's list: Rebecca Jean McDaniel Pinnow of Brodhead.



Iowa State University

AMES, Iowa - Rachel Saalsaa of Argyle was named to the Iowa State University fall 2017 dean's list in the College of Human Sciences for earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Saalsaa is majoring in event management.



CONCORDIA University

MEQUON - Concordia University has released the fall honors list for the 2017-18 academic year. To be eligible for the honor, students must achieve a minimum 3.50 GPA.

Area students named to the list were:

Brodhead: Ciara Roberts, freshman, rehab-sci-regular.

Darlington: Clara Chambers, sophomore, marketing.

Monroe: Carly Upmann, sophomore, elementary education.



UW-La Crosse

LA CROSSE - Brian Schneider of Monroe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Dec. 17 with a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics.
