Twenty-five students were recently inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) at Blackhawk Technical College. Blackhawk students with a minimum GPA of 2.5, at least six credits completed, and/or demonstrated student leadership on campus were invited to be inducted. NSLS is the largest leadership honor society in the U.S., with more than 700 chapters and 1 million members.

To be eligible for Dean’s List, a student must carry a semester GPA of 3.6 or higher.

FREEPORT — Highland Community College announces the 2020 fall graduates. Graduates were awarded associate degrees, associate of applied science degrees, or certificates.

Highland Community College proudly announces the dean’s list for the fall 2020 semester. Students who have completed 12 credit hours or more during the semester and have a minimum 3.25 grade point average (GPA), based on a 4.0 scale, are included on the dean’s list. Highest Honors are awarded to students with a perfect 4.0 GPA. High Honors is given to students with a 3.50 to 3.99 GPA, and Honors students have earned a GPA between 3.25 and 3.49.
