MONROE - The sixth annual Monroe Clinic and Hospital Foundation's Social and Golf Outing will be held Aug. 2, at Monroe Country Club, 2205 21st St., Monroe.
The day-long event will consist of an 18-hole golf outing, with registration at 11 a.m., a shotgun start at noon, and a buffet lunch.
After the golf outing, there will be a social, with hors d'oeuvres being served at 5 p.m. The social will also feature live music and a live auction with dessert.
The cost for the event is as follows.
• Social - $75
• Golf and social - $150
• Foursome and social - $600
Interested parties should register by July 29. Space is limited, so register right away to ensure your spot. This year's golf outing proceeds will go toward purchasing a Fetal Telemetry System for the Northwest addition, allowing mothers to have ongoing fetal monitoring while up and walking around.
