MONROE - Monroe Clinic-FastCare is holding an open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 2, at the clinic, located in the Monroe Shopko, 405 W. 8th St.
The public is invited to meet the Monroe Clinic-FastCare team to learn about convenient and economical healthcare services, enjoy refreshments, participate in children's activities, and enter a drawing for door prizes. In addition, guests can enter a drawing for a $500, $100 or $50 Shopko gift card.
Monroe Clinic-FastCare is open to everyone to treat minor conditions and symptoms. Among those seen and treated are sore throats, fevers, flus, ear and sinus infections, skin rashes and allergies. The cost for a visit is $49 and can be billed to most insurance carriers.
FastCare takes walk-in patients only. Should there be a wait, a pager is supplied so those waiting may shop until the provider is ready.
Monroe Clinic-FastCare hours are: 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday; and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. holidays, closed Christmas Day.
Patients may also expect faster pharmacy service, based on immediate transmittal of prescriptions.
