MONROE - Staver St. Peters United Methodist Church will be having an ice cream social from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday.
The church is at the corner of County P and HK, southwest of Monroe.
The menu will include barbecue and barbecue pork sandwiches, hot dogs, potato salad, baked beans, Korean dumplings, chips, applesauce, fruit pie, ice cream with assorted toppings, coffee, lemonade and milk.
The cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children 9 and younger. Carryouts will be available.
