MONROE - A three-day Christmas in July event will be held on Monroe's downtown Square, Thursday through Saturday.
The event has 16 participating stores, and will include visits from Santa, caroling, a snow tent, music, treats and decorations. The Christmas in July is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, and 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday. The event is sponsored by Swiss Colony.
