CFSW announces director of marketing and communications

MONROE — The Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin (CFSW) announces the hiring of Jonathan Fox-Haines as its Director of Marketing and Communications. Fox-Haines began his role on January 5, 2026, and will work out of the Foundation’s Janesville office.

In this role, Fox-Haines is responsible for developing and implementing the Foundation’s marketing strategy and communications plan. His work will focus on promoting CFSW across the counties it serves, educating communities about the Foundation’s role and services, strengthening the organization’s brand, and supporting strong relationships with donors and community partners.

Fox-Haines brings extensive marketing experience, most recently serving as a member of the marketing team at Data Dimensions in Janesville. His areas of focus included digital marketing, website management, tradeshow planning, and brand authority. He also brings nonprofit experience, having previously held marketing roles with United Way Blackhawk Region and Community Action of Rock and Walworth County.

In addition to his professional experience, Fox-Haines is actively engaged in the community. He currently serves as Board President of CASA of Rock County and previously served on the Family Promise of Greater Beloit Board of Directors.

Fox-Haines is a graduate of St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin.
