Autumn

BRODHEAD — The Brodhead Chamber of Commerce will present Autumn Fest from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5, at Veterans Memorial Park in downtown Brodhead. Admission is free thanks to generous local sponsors, including major sponsor, Patrick Reese with Exit Professional Realty, who proudly supports homes for veterans.

The Brodhead Chamber of Commerce also extended a heartfelt thank you to all of its sponsors and supporters for making this event possible and helping celebrate the spirit of fall in Brodhead.

Autumn Fest is happening alongside the popular Vintage Shop Hop, a self-guided road trip featuring over 400 shops across southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.

Kick-start October with a race for a cause by joining the Chamber on Oct. 5 at Putnam Park in Brodhead for the Justice for a Cure Family Fun Run or 5K to race for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Autumn Fest is a day filled with local food and drink vendors, a craft and vendor market, face painting, and horse-drawn carriage rides. Enjoy music from a DJ with live radio broadcast on 95.1 FM throughout the day. There will be Business Trick-or-Treating from 10 a.m. to noon, with a Costume Parade at 10:30 a.m. Attendees can also participate in Kuhn’s Chili Contest, hosted at the Bank of New Glarus Pavilion from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Live music by Marcy and the Highlights, sponsored by Kwik Trip, will be featured from 12 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
