MONROE — Woodford State Bank hosted a cash mob event at Jim’s Backyard BBQ on June 27 where 10% of proceeds that day, totaling $400 went to Jacob’s Swag Foundation. Cash mobs have been a great way to promote local businesses, keep local communities thriving, and support local organizations. Woodford State Bank’s next Cash Mob will be Wednesday, Aug. 14 at Suisse Haus from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
