Camp in a Box offers alternative
Community Brief

MONROE — Like many other events and activities this summer, the Green County 4-H program’s annual summer camp had to be canceled. However, Green County 4-H has developed a new and fun alternative for families wanting their children to experience summer camp. Camp in a Box brings the fun of summer camp to your own home.

Each registered family will receive a box filled with materials for different summer camp activities, nature, STEM, arts and crafts, campfire songs, etc. Each box costs $10 and is designed for one youth per family. If there are additional youth in the same family that want to participate, it costs $3 extra per additional child. Registration is due July 15 by filling out this google form: https://bit.ly/2BngsXJ

Payment is required before you pick up your box. Box pick up dates will be July 29 and 30 in Monroe, Monticello and New Glarus.

Camp in a Box is for 4-H members and non-4-H members alike. The program is designed for youth in Kindergarten through eighth grade.
