The full board approved a unanimous ballot to retain the current slate of officers to serve the coming year and elected one new member, Richard A. Gretebeck. The board now includes: President, Lon Lederman; vice president, Ray Pawlisch; secretary, Ron Braun; and treasurer, Teri LaBorde. At-large members include Jerry Elmer, Frank Gombar, DeAnne Boegli, Bill Prochnow and Rick Gretebeck.

The foundation meets three times annually to review requests from the community. Those wanting to make a request may contact Lederman at LPL Financial in Brodhead to get an application. Funding requests will be reviewed at each meeting. The next meeting is planned for April.

In cases where funding was not approved, applicants can submit new, more detailed plans for consideration at the next meeting and are encouraged to meet with a member of the board to explain their project.
