Jennifer Straight and Randall Bowen, both of Monroe, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jim and Mary Lou Straight, Monroe. She is a medical transcriptionist for Medquist.

The future groom is the son of Robert and Sandy Bowen, Wausau, and Valerie Edge, Pepin. He is a diagnostic medical sonographer for Monroe Clinic.

A May 2 wedding is planned at Heritage Hall in Monroe.
