MONROE — Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center will be holding a blood drive from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 3 at Monroe Clinic, 515 22nd Ave. As part of the Blood Center’s promotion, everyone who gives blood will receive a holiday t-shirt.
