BLANCHARDVILLE - Accelerated Genetics, Baraboo and Westby, recently honored its top dairy herds for 2007. Matthew G. Scott, Blanchardville, received the Herd Recogniton Award.

Scott's predominantly Accelerated Genetics-sired herd averaged 20,872 pounds milk on 57 cows and had a combined fat and protein level of 1401 pounds.
