BLANCHARDVILLE - New blood drive coordinator Kris Erdmann announced that the Blanchardville community blood drive for the American Red Cross will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. Dec. 15 at the American Legion Hall, 218 Mason St.

Appointments are not necessary. Food will be provided by the American Legion Auxiliary and Blanchardville Woman's Club.

Each gift of blood has the potential of aiding three or more people. Donating blood helps to keep an adequate supply available.

The former blood drive coordinator was Marilyn Yaeger.
