ALBANY - Planning has commenced for the Albany Community Family Promise Benefit, which will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Aug. 22 at the Albany Village Park.
To help follow the progress of the benefit, two large signs have been built by Mike Alexander and painted by Albany Schools art classes. Billboards show the goal of $5,000 that the organization would like to reach by the end of the benefit.
The organization's float was recently in the Albany Yesteryear's Parade. It displayed flower arrangements by Parrfection Produce of Albany.
Donations are being accepted at the Town Bank of Albany. Checks can be written to Hilltop Church Family Promise Benefit. If sending a check, mail to Town Bank PO Box 69, Albany, WI 53502.
