Nominations may be made using the QR code or by going to https://forms.gle/NrhWzzG6f39vhDvY8 or by submitting a paper copy to the Belleville Middle/High School office.
Nominations are open year-round, but submissions must be received by Monday, Dec. 16, for consideration for induction in the spring of 2025.
Take a moment to recognize a Belleville High School alumnus, a school district staff member or coach, or a community member who has had an impact on others. Each year, the committee members review all of the nominations for consideration.
Members of the committee include District Administrator Jim Schmitt; High School Teacher and Advisor for the Young Samaritans Chad Hodgson; Athletic Director Zachary Nelson; district office staff Kelly Schulz; Middle/High School staff Betty Wolff; students Lillian Hanna, Kylie Humke and Ryker Swenson; school board members Ryan Kubly, Marian Viney and Beth Yurs; community members Jerry Remy, Jill Remy, Bart Morrick and Gary Ziegler.
Student members of the Young Samaritans will conduct interviews and make their recommendations to the Wall of Fame Committee.
Committee members will vote and forward the names of the inductees to the school board.
In March 2025, the school board will approve the inductees and then art teacher Jon Benash will work with students on the artwork and technical education teacher Niko Bethelon will work with students to create the plaques.
