MONROE - "How To Be A Birder" is the subject of the 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, Green-Rock Audubon program to be held in the downstairs meeting room of the Monroe Public Library. This activity has become increasingly popular among all age groups and is a focus of environmental and travel groups. John Patterson will talk on attracting birds to the backyard, on bird identification, on books and gear and more.
