MONROE — The Behring Senior Center is offering exercise classes, trivia, card games, and other fun activities live on Facebook. Visit their Facebook page at: Behring Senior Center City of Monroe.

Facebook schedule of activities:

Daily exercise with Bridget — every week day at 9 a.m., Bridget is leading live exercise classes designed specifically for seniors over the age of 55.

Monday

Where am I? — Theresa will post a picture from different places in Monroe, and you have to guess where she is.

Tuesday

Trivia Tuesday — Bridget will lead a live game of trivia at 1 p.m.

Wednesday

Flippo with Theresa — all you need is a deck of cards! Join Theresa every Wednesday at 1 p.m., she will explain the game and play with you.

Thursday

Thought of the day — one of Liz’s funny quotes will be posted every Thursday.

Tips of the day — Theresa will go live every Thursday with a fun and creative tip of the day.

Friday

Field trip Friday — virtually discover places around the world that you have never been to, right from the comfort of your own home! Every Friday a new link to a new place will be posted.

Trip cancellations

The following bus trips have been cancelled:

• Starved Rock Lodge — May 18

• Brewers/Yankees Game — May 21

• Chicago Ghost Tour — June 9

The remaining bus trips are pending, and any future cancellations will be released.

The Behring Senior Center will remain closed until further notice.
