MONROE — Isabel Bazley is the recipient of the 6th annual William C. and Margaret L. Parmer Scholarship. The scholarship was created by the couple for students going into medical school. The recipient must be from Monroe and accepted or enrolled in medical school. 

Bazley is a 2016 graduate of Monroe High School and is enrolled at Creighton University in Omaha, NE.  Upon completion of medical school, her career goal is to work in a hospital setting in a community similar to Monroe, with an interest in ENT and dermatology.
