BELOIT - Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin is seeking input from constituents on the pressing issues of the day.
Baldwin's Summer 2009 Constituent Survey solicits your opinions on such topics as the economy and jobs, health care, energy, foreign policy, government spending, Social Security, and trade.
People who have not already received an e-mail survey, may sign up to receive one at www.tammybaldwin.house.gov.

Those who have already received the survey are encouraged to submit responses by the end of August.
