DARLINGTON — For many years, the Lafayette County Historical Society has held a bake sale in October as a major fundraiser for the Lafayette County Historical Society. This year, due to COVID-19, fundraising will take on a new approach called the “Bakeless Bake Sale.”

The plan is simple and follows the COVID-19 guidelines for safe social distancing. 

Instead of making and selling baked goods, customer and contributors are invited to slip a tax-deductible donation of any amount into an envelope and send to Lafayette County Historical Society, 525 Main St, Darlington, WI 53530. 

For every $5 of donation, the donor’s name will be included in a drawing for a Kammerud print of their choice. For more information or questions, contact the Historical Society Museum at 608-776-8340.
