Azura Memory Care to hold presentation on dementia

MONROE - Azura Memory Care will be providing a free public presentation, "Dissecting Dementia-Related Behavior and Appetite Changes" from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Nov. 19 at the First National Security Bank, 1625 10th St., Monroe.

The presentation will feature information on the different behavioral symptoms related to the dementia disease process and ways to encourage the appetite and fluid intake in those living with memory loss. Experts from Azura Memory Care will be on hand to answer questions and assist in connecting attendees with local resources to help support them during their caregiving journey.

Refreshments will be served at the program.
