MILWAUKEE - Applications are now available for Kids from Wisconsin. Auditions will be held Feb. 6 through Feb. 8 across Wisconsin for talented youth, ages 15 through 20, who are interested in a performance and educational experience.

The Kids from Wisconsin showcase talented youth in a full musical revue for all ages, consisting of 20 singer/dancers and a 13-piece show band. The troupe performs musical productions to over 120,000 people each summer.

The Kids from Wisconsin is part of an entertainment tradition that goes back nearly 50 years to its beginnings as a musical production created for Wisconsin's talented youth back in 1969 to be showcased at the Wisconsin State Fair.

Performing live across Wisconsin and the Midwest, the Kids from Wisconsin present entertainment with young performers from throughout the state. The show is produced in collaboration with writers, arrangers and choreographers. Costumes are designed and created in Broadway style.

A broad repertoire of music includes the American classics, Big Band, 50s through the 80s, country, Broadway and current top hits.

The Kids from Wisconsin maintain a presence at the Wisconsin State Fair with performances twice daily on a main stage.
