Monroe Trees available for order until Dec. 31MONROE - The Green County Land and Water Conservation Department is offering eight varieties of hardwood trees and two varieties of shrubs at a discounted price for landowners interested in planting trees this spring 2011. The tree varieties are: burr oak, red oak, white oak, black cherry, sugar maple, shagbark hickory, hackberry and butternut. Shrubs available are: serviceberry and hazel nut.
