MONROE

Grace Church plans fall bazaar

MONROE - Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church will hold its annual fall bazaar from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12 at the church.

Along with crafts there are craft supplies and a wide variety of used books. A bake sale and silent auction will also be served. The church's cookbook, "Grace on Our Table" will also be available. This is the first church cookbook since 1952.

Food and drinks will also be available.

Winneshiek plans 'Not Now, Darling'

FREEPORT - "Not Now, Darling" is the second production of the Winneshiek Player's 85th anniversary season. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 6, 11, 12 and 13, at the Winneshiek Playhouse. Bluegrass Gospel music night set

APPLE RIVER ILL. - The First Presbyterian Church in Apple River, Ill., will be hosting Michelle and LuAnn at the Bluegrass/ Gospel Music night from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 10. Anyone who wishes can bring an instrument or sing for an open jam session following the featured singers.
